As managing director Jonathan is closely involved with the running of the company and has an excellent in-depth knowledge of financial markets and the wider economy. He is very well known in local professional services and is an active member of Torquay 41 club. Much of his spare time is spent with his wife, five children and two mad Sprockers and if any spare time occurs he will get to the gym or tinker with classic cars.

In November 2018, Alex was formally appointed as Chairman.

Steve's role is Business Development with a strong focus on the bank sector where there is growing interest from bank staff due to the high transfer values, flexibility, control and improved death benefits that a pension transfer brings. Steve is well known locally and regularly attends local business network events. Steve has a BA (Hons) degree in Management Science and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Banking (ACIB) and in recent years he has achieved an Advanced Diploma in Lending and Certificate in Business and Finance Management through the Chartered Institute of Banking. Steve is now in the process of taking the exams for the Certificate in Pension Transfer Advice and supports Roger and Suzanne in the specialist transfer advice and reporting.

Suzanne also has experience working as an adviser at the Citizens Advice Bureau and as a commodity trader and risk manager at Cargill, the world's largest private company. Suzanne has a First Class Honours degree in German and Geography from Queen Mary, University of London. Suzanne is divorced with three adult children and based in Cobham, Surrey and Cuckfield, Sussex and travels to see clients in the South East area.

When not working, Nigel can be found enjoying his passion for flying, a keen private pilot currently building a Vans RV9A high performance light aircraft, he can often be found enjoying the fantastic views of the south west from above.

This role necessitated the strategic source, evaluation, appointment and monitoring of an extensive supplier base, both within the UK and Europe. In 2003 she took a career break to focus on bringing up her 3 children but during this time she carried out part-time roles working and assisting in the managing and running of a family Post Office and convenience store and also in more recent years, processing accounts and payroll for other small local businesses.

He is very well known in local professional services and is an active member of Torquay 41 club. Much of his spare time is spent with his wife, five children and two mad Sprockers and if any spare time occurs he will get to the gym or tinker with classic cars.

Steve is well known locally and regularly attends local business network events. Steve has a BA (Hons) degree in Management Science and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Banking (ACIB) and in recent years he has achieved an Advanced Diploma in Lending and Certificate in Business and Finance Management through the Chartered Institute of Banking. Steve is now in the process of taking the exams for the Certificate in Pension Transfer Advice and supports Roger and Suzanne in the specialist transfer advice and reporting.

Suzanne is divorced with three adult children and based in Cobham, Surrey and Cuckfield, Sussex and travels to see clients in the South East area.

When not working, Nigel can be found enjoying his passion for flying, a keen private pilot currently building a Vans RV9A high performance light aircraft, he can often be found enjoying the fantastic views of the south west from above.
